Also the Diamond club players are no longer treated as status players as benefits have gone way down it just is not worth it to be a Diamond Club Player anymore. It went from hand cut prime rib to frozen appetizers from Sams Club. Also the high stakes complimentary food & bar have been a joke, food quality has gone way down hill. It really is a joke Don't go! I have been regular at this place for over 25 years and have never had a winning year, but in the past I at least felt like I had some control over this because I was able to have some wins.Not anymore. If you are lucky enough to hit a jackpot in high stakes it will most likely be minimum pay.
It is not unusual to spin a slot 50 times with minimal if any payouts and i am talking $50.00 per spin it's unbelievable how much they hold!!!. This casino has gone completely down hill within the last year. I have been a long time Soaring Eagle fan and High stakes Diamond Club Player.
